The Homeless Citizens Reentry Initiative(HCRI)

The Homeless Citizens Reentry Initiative (HCRI) is Our Partnership With the City of Knoxville in Our Effort to Impact Homelessness. This Program Provides a Variety of Housing Services Including Case Management for Men, Women and Youth Who Have Barriers to Homelessness and Are by HUD Standards, Homeless. Our Homeless Effort is Concentrated on "Street Out-Reach." These include Youth Who Have Aged Out of Foster Care, Who May or Not Be a Member of the LGBTQ Community; Ex-Offenders; First Time Homeless Living in Their Cars, With Family Members and/or Friends in "Overcrowded Conditions. This Population Does Not Stay in Traditional Shelters. and Represent the Fastest Growing Homeless Population Representing 17% of the Knoxville's Homeless . These Persons Often Go Unnoticed as"Invisible or Hidden Shadows.".

The Next Steps
A Diversion Program Designed for Men, Women and Youth Seeking a Second Chance and Direction for Their Lives by Taking Strategic "Next Steps." Case Management, Wellness Assessments, Mentoring, Housing All Addressed Through a Network of Professionals.
Family Intervention Restoration and Mentoring(FIRM)
Accredited Christian Parenting & Mediation Program for both Custodial and Non-Custodial Parents. Licensed Counselors.
Community Resource Training Program(CRT)
An Affordable Apprenticeship/Training Referral Program Specifically Designed to Help Members of the Community who Have Low to Moderate Incomes Become Gainfully Employed. The Goal is to Develop Valuable Skills that Will Increase Opportunities for Sustainable Income in High Demand Occupations That Do No Require a College Degree.
Project Fresh Start
A Paid Summer Internship Program Designed for At-Risk-Youth Ages 14-21 years of Age.
